LEARN ABOUT BABY POTTYING
LEARN ABOUT BABY POTTYING
Did you know that lots of UK councils will actually pay you to try reusable nappies?
In this guide, I’ve rounded up the current real nappy offers by council, plus a nationwide incentive from The Nappy Lady for parents-to-be and babies under six months.
New UK guidance, developed by The Institute of Health Visiting in collaboration with ERIC, The Children’s Bladder and Bowel Charity, represents a significant shift away from delay-based, child-led waiting, towards a skills-based, health-focused approach that supports earlier learning in a gentle, responsive way.
Without a doubt, the question I'm asked most often is:
"What's the best potty for baby pottying?"
To get started, don't wait until you've bought the "perfect" potty. Use what you already have. That might be the toilet, the sink, out in the garden, or even an old Tupperware container. The most important thing is getting started—not buying more stuff.
